

Jennifer Leonhardi, a Senior HR and Payroll Advisor with eqHR since 2022, brings over 25 years of experience working with various organizations. Her expertise is in project management, policy and procedure development, HRIS implementation, educational development/training, auditing, and benefits administration.
Jennifer has served as a trusted executive-level advisor on business strategy, focusing on employee retention and overall business efficiency. She has worked in various industries, including hospitality/tourism, construction, finance, health care, and real estate. Her strong management background allows her to collaborate resources and bring teams together to achieve common goals. At the same time, her creative, “think outside-of-the-box” approach finds innovative solutions to everyday business hurdles.
Jennifer was born and raised on Catalina Island and enjoys spending time giving back to her local community by volunteering at different charities. She is also a firm believer in lifelong learning, holding numerous certificates in various HR, Payroll, and Compliance related areas, a Global Senior Human Resources Professional Accreditation, along with her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Southern Oregon University.
