Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures clear communication and collaboration at all levels of the organization. Hellen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Certificate in HR Management from California State University, Long Beach. Her technical expertise, leadership abilities, and dedication to creating inclusive work environments make her an essential part of the eqHR Solutions team. Outside of work, Hellen enjoys exploring new cities, learning about different cultures, and connecting with nature through hikes and long walks.
