Leigh Hansen joined eqHR in January 2024, bringing over 20 years of expertise in payroll, payroll taxes, time & attendance, HR, and software. Throughout her career, she has facilitated thousands of payroll conversations and driven the development and implementation of innovative software and service solutions aimed at improving HR and company operations.

A seasoned senior leader, Leigh specializes in managing complex initiatives and delivering results. Her key strengths include client relations, training and mentoring, high-level problem solving, process improvement, and boosting efficiency for multi-tiered organizations. With significant experience in retail and manufacturing, Leigh applies her skills to support eqHR as a Payroll & Software Advisor.

After taking a break from the corporate world in 2020 to explore personal interests and volunteer work, Leigh returned to HR in 2024 on a part-time basis. She now focuses on projects related to compliance and risk management. Leigh holds a BS in Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside work, she enjoys reading, running, cycling, and spending time with family.
