Jennifer Leonhardi, Senior HR Advisor is a HR and payroll advisor who brings over 20 years of experience working with various organizations, including start-ups, large corporations, and non-profits. Her expertise is in project management, employee relations, policy, and procedure development, HRIS implementation, educational development/training, auditing and benefits administration. She also has extensive experience with contract negotiations, workers’ compensation, payroll, compensation analysis, and all aspects of the complete life cycle of employment.

Jennifer has served as a trusted executive-level advisor on business strategy focusing on employee retention and overall business efficiency. She has worked in various industries, including hospitality/tourism, construction, finance, and real estate. Her strong management background allows her to collaborate resources and bring teams together to achieve common goals. At the same time, her creative, “think outside-of-the-box” approach finds innovative solutions to everyday business hurdles.

Jennifer is a firm believer in lifelong learning and holds numerous certificates in various HR-related areas, along with her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Southern Oregon University.
